Postage and Packaging

1. £3 for UK and £8 for outside the UK.
2. The costs do not alter however many items you buy.

Payment

1. Payment must be one of the following types:
   Valid Credit / Debit card
   PayPal
   Cheque made payable to "Sports Chick Brands Limited"
   Footie Chick gift voucher
2. Only one voucher / promotional code can be used per order.
3. When sale days or other promotional days are being held on our website all voucher codes are invalid for those days.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Returns must be in an unworn condition unless faulty.
2. A full refund will be given if a garment is faulty.
3. A refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) will be granted if a garment is returned unworn within seven days of purchase.
4. If garment is deemed to be faulty through misuse or through normal wear and tear no refund will be granted.
5. Returned items should be returned to the address below, with a note of why you are returning the item. We are not responsible for any items not received by us. We recommend that if you are returning an item you should obtain, at least, a proof of postage.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Garment colours may vary from those colours shown on the website.
2. We reserve the right to amend and improve our products including fabric and trims.
3. Any free gift is only valid on full payment.
