Arsenal go back to the top of the table!

Arsenal returned to the top of the National Division on goal difference after they ran out 5-0 winners over Nottingham Forest.

Rachel Yankey set them on their way by giving them an eighth minute lead and Kelly Smith added a double before half time. After the break, Katie Chapman increased the Gunners' lead and Julie Fleeting completed the scoring, three minutes from time.

Bristol Academy staged a great second half fight back to earn themselves a 3-3 draw away to Watford. The home side took a fifth minute lead through Helen Lander but Academy leveled on the half hour when Katie Daley scored her first goal for the club. After the break, Lander and Lisa Burrows gave Watford a 3-1 lead but Academy, five of whose players were playing their third game in five days, pulled a goal back through Grace McCatty and a Burrows own goal six minutes from time earned them a share of the spoils.
